Version 1.7.60 improves how menus decide what you can see!

User Interface
Information Board:
- Buttons and pages on the Information Board and on player-crafted boards now follow combined access requirements, so options will appear or hide more accurately.
- You may notice some menu options showing or hiding differently after this change.

This adds combined access rules for menus and may cause small visual changes while we fine-tune it.
