Version 1.8.3 brings fixes and quality-of-life updates!

Bug Fixes
Trash Cans:
- Removed a broken trash can that was blocking the path near the Town House area
- Replaced the trash can system with an updated version that now empties correctly at sunrise
- Previously placed trash cans may need to be re-placed to function again
Items:
- Restored a missing Thorium sword to the affected player
Dungeons:
- Fixed an issue that could cause dungeon instances to crash when using extra arrow types; those arrows are re-enabled
